Anii Incens, is known as Kalirii. She is the queen of Artganis and certainly possesses

of birds that resemble our ostriches and thus travels everywhere throughout her
kingdom. The Emeuii secrete through their majestic plumes an halucinogenic
substance with which the queens in turn coat their hair. So They can exert their
power over anyone who approaches them solely thanks to this captivating scent.
